Ignite Youth is looking for creative, ministry-minded people to help develop youth ministry curriculum, graphics, writing, church outreach, marketing, administration, digital resources, and ministry tools.

Current opportunities may include internships, paid internships, independent contract opportunities, project-based creative work, and future team roles as Ignite Youth grows.

Some opportunities may be paid hourly, some per approved project, some per approved completed assignment, and some may be educational internship opportunities designed for training, mentorship, and portfolio development.

Classification & Compensation Notice

Pay, stipends, project compensation, gas card support, reporting stipends, bonuses, schedules, role structure, and responsibilities vary by position and are not guaranteed unless approved in writing. Ignite Youth is looking to contract with 1–2 experienced youth pastors or ministry leaders to help create biblically grounded, youth-ministry-friendly sermon builders, leader guides, student resources, and small group materials for churches and youth ministries. This is a project-based independent contract opportunity. Contributors may be assigned specific sermon topics, series themes, leader guide projects, or curriculum resource needs. Work is paid per approved completed project or deliverable.
