Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on 6-11-25 and ends on 10/10/26. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and are pastors, youth pastors, church leaders, ministry volunteers, or church representatives. Employees, contractors, interns, and immediate family members of Ignite Youth are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter in one of two ways:

1. Free Trial Entry: Complete the Ignite Youth free trial application form at hello.igniteyouth@gmail.com/free-trial and check the box to opt into the giveaway. Signing up for or completing a free trial does not increase your odds of winning.
2. Free Alternate Entry (No Purchase Required): Complete the free alternate entry form available at hello.igniteyouth@gmail.com/giveaway/free-entry. No purchase, payment, subscription, or free trial is required to enter via this method.

Both methods of entry provide equal odds of winning. A purchase, paid subscription, or free trial signup does not increase your chances of winning.

Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person, church, or email address during the promotion period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive the Ultimate Youth Pastor & Youth Group Basket with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,000. Prize includes:

• Youth pastor and youth group resource basket
• Ministry goodies and church/youth group supplies
• Stage game resources
• One (1) free year of Ignite Youth Pro Plan

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless Sponsor chooses otherwise. No substitutions will be made.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor after the promotion end date.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the drawing using the email address provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes connected with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor will not be responsible for tax liability on the winner's behalf.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

Privacy

Entry information collected will be used only in connection with this promotion and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law.

Void Where Prohibited

This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
